Eazyrecruit are one of a new breed of search agencies that charge a fixed fee for providing pre-filtered candidates for client job vacancies.

In an extremely crowded generalist market, they came to The Marketing Box for help to clearly define their value proposition and provide a strong brand message that would differentiate Eazyrecruit from their numerous competitors.

Through our well defined processes, the M box were able to establish a viable market position for Eazyrecruit based around their highly efficient modern best practice model  - utilising the latest online technologies to reduce overheads without affecting the quality of candidate delivery and client service.  Passing on these cost savings directly to the customer meant that they could offer their service at a reduced rate and at the same time shorten the client’s time to hire.
