engaging branding to really engage employees

Plusyou is a brand developed by The Marketing Box for You at Work to promote and deliver their innovative employee benefits platform, driven by the repositioning of their marketing strategy.

Aimed at the end user employees of companies who have purchased the solution, plusyou delivers a number of valuable benefits and useful tools via a single online platform.  The brand needed to project the overall concept of a solution that essentially improves an employees work and home life, as well as deal with the nine individual modules included in the full product family, each with their own attributes.

Furthermore, the creative solution had to allow for co-branding, where the clients’ own look and feel could be integrated into the platform communications and form their unique scheme identity. This meant standardising the entire set of promotional materials for all modules across a number of formats (both on and offline to cater for differing work environments) – no simple task.

The brand launch was received well by both existing customers and new prospects, and the M Box is now consulting on a white label solution that can be sold and branded via third party channels – largely made possible because of the standardisation and automation of the supporting promotional materials needed to successfully implement the solution.

 

The Marketing Box’s experience of developing engaging and appealing brands and implementing them across multiple communication formats was essential to our successful creation and launch of a truly market leading employee benefits solution.
