You at Work came to The Marketing Box with an interesting dilemma – they had a number of developed, and in-development, employer related software tools that each addressed a specific area of employee related benefit.

However, over time these had become fragmented and sold as individual products with their own brand names and roadmaps making it difficult and cumbersome to present as a total solution.

The M box developed an umbrella brand strategy that encompassed these tools into the general idea of increasing employee satisfaction. Whether saving employees money, offering them flexible and attractive voluntary benefits, supplying them with important information, or delivering them tools that made organising their work and home lives easier – all were based on the principle that satisfied employees make happy, loyal and more productive workers.

This fed into the overall product strategy, concentrating on developing a single platform containing a number of fully integrated module options, allowing clients to tailor their own employee benefit solution in line with their unique objectives and budgets, via one consistent scheme brand.
