A corporate re-imagining
ADP UK Ltd is a wholly owned regional operation of the US based company of the same name, delivering HR & Payroll services. They realised that their marketing messaging and tone was very corporate and faceless, and not aligned to the UK’s unique appetite for a more consumer based, emotional approach to media.
The Marketing Box worked with the senior team, first to identify the key brand values they wished to convey, and then co-ordinated a full rebrand of both the company look and feel – but also, in turn, their new solutions delivery (ADP Freedom).
The full project lasted around six months, and incorporated external, internal, customer, press and analyst launches all co-ordinated to land on the same week.
